OVERVIEW:

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Program Strategy and Management

  • Overall Program(s) Management, inclusive of driving vision and detailing strategy and execution to achieve

    process/technology improvement and efficiency.

  • Responsible for day-to-day processes and operations within the Program(s), such as  standing status meetings, ad-hoc troubleshooting & issue resolution, and communicating business needs & feedback to cross-functional partners, and regularly connect and report to the Program Manager on the Program(s) status.

  • Grow strong cross-functional, collaborative partnerships internally & externally as the key stakeholder for the Program(s) to discuss its overall health and opportunities.

  • Act as a steward for the Program(s), building and maintaining intimate knowledge of all tools and processes within Program(s) scope, and implementing and documenting governance requirements and instructions for holistic execution across all of eCommerce Product Merchandising.

  • Facilitate and nurture the Program(s) by driving ongoing process and efficiency opportunities, and expanding scope and scalability, with a pursuit and willingness to stretch current needs into larger opportunities.

  • Consistently and critically evaluate and communicate opportunities to leadership, internal team, and stakeholders via strategic recommendations.

  • Embrace a forward-thinking mindset and strategize a long-term roadmap vision, in partnership with the Program Manager, to continuously build out a holistic view of the Program(s) that serve all of eCommerce Product Merchandising as well as overall business strategic priorities.

Scope Planning, Testing, and Release

  • Partner with the eComm Content Program Manager to fully understand the scope, goal, and mission of the

    Program(s) and be accountable to the business team for this work.

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the eComm Product Merchandising business and provide comprehensive,

    thoughtful feedback and iteration plans for existing technologies, processes, services, and operations.

  • Articulate what Program(s) success looks like to internal and/or external partners, build out timelines and roadmaps, and ensure cross-functional planning and scope reflect the eComm Product Merchandising perspective on success.

  • Document technical and process requirements for either cross-functional partners to execute against in pursuit of new and/or improved tools, and/or for Product Merchandising team to adhere to as processes and tools are optimized Documentation may include: business requirements for a new technology tool or feature to be shared with technology partners, or a process update to existing workflows to be shared among Product Merchandising. Answer any questions and facilitate change management for all of the above and ensure documentation remains up to date and in a centralized location accessible to all parties.

  • Develop detailed user testing conditions and conduct user testing or process mapping, and confirm team acceptance for any new feature or improvement to technology/process under Program(s) scope

  • “Fail fast” and pivot as needed to ensure the Program(s) serves the business and strategic needs across eCommerce Product Merchandising

Execution and Maintenance

  • Effectively support and communicate Program(s) status, process, and execution through meaningful data that results in digestible and actionable insights.

  • Support change management and adoption across the department for new or improved technology/process via training, documentation, and consistent feedback loops, ensuring the team leverages and maximize new technology or process within the Program(s).

  • Provide critical analysis to Program Manager and partners without bias, informing current and future Program(s) strategy.

  • Continuously iterate on program by clearly communicating objectives and expectations both within Product Merchandising and across partnering teams and/or vendors, collecting data and feedback to solve problems or answer questions, learning to ask the right questions to drive actionable insights, working with the Program Manager to define opportunities for improvement within Program(s)

    scope.

  • Act as first point of contact for the Program(s) and work back with cross-functional and/or external partners as the steward of all issues and optimization opportunities to prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve any as quickly as possible.

  • Work comfortably in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple initiatives and regularly re-prioritizing tasks as business needs shift

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Business, Project or Program Management, or related

  • 1-3 years' experience in eCommerce or Project or Program Management preferred

  • Experience building workflows in Alteryx a plus

Targeted Pay Range: $67,100.00 - $109,000.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
