We are looking for our future Senior Territory Specialist responsible for promoting a portfolio of technical and/or nontechnical products and /or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers, informing customers of new product/service introductions and prices, creating, monitoring and revising lead generation plans to ensure a substantive business opportunity pipeline for our Emergency Care portfolio in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia. Senior Territory Specialist will be reporting to the Regional Manager (RM) MENAT with travel rate of 70%. The role is based in KSA and includes regular travel across the covered territory. This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision.

What you will do

  • Achieve and exceed business targets for the Region by building strong relationships with physicians in hospitals, pre-Hospitals and EMS KOLs.

  • Plan and implement professional education programs and after sales support for physicians, nurses, EMS and biomedical engineers in the respective region.

  • Ensure accurate sales forecasts each month/quarter for the purpose of Stryker’s Manufacturing and Sales Forecasting requirements.

  • Country visits as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.

  • Conduct direct hospital and pre-Hospital sales activities.

  • Plan and execute relevant after-sales support, in-service training's, training workshops, symposia, conferences, and related marketing activities in Saudi Arabia. Provide guidance to marketing team to prioritize country and regional market needs. Participate in pricing the products and packages to the end customers.

  • Carrying out the delivery and installation of the materials, providing post-sales user training.

  • Communicating customer feedback (complaint) to the Quality Management Representative and Manager, evaluating the feedbacks in their own area of responsibility, taking necessary actions and reporting them to the customer and related persons.

What you need

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, medical or related

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in medical devices

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English

  • KSA driving license 

Preferred:

  • Biomedical/Medical Engineer background

  • MBA

  • Experience with Emergency Care products. Experienced on presenting, selling, and promoting EMS Patient Transport (COTs), Monitor Defibrillators, AED's and Mechanical CPR's devices

  • Experience in both Direct/Indirect sales

Travel Percentage: 70%
