Job Summary**

The Lean Six Sigma Lead Engineer at Jabil Circuit Sdn Bhd is responsible for leading and implementing Lean Six Sigma initiatives to drive continuous improvement, optimize processes, and enhance operational efficiency across various manufacturing and business functions.

Job Responsibilities**

* Lead and facilitate Lean Six Sigma projects from conception to completion, utilizing DMAIC methodology and various Lean tools (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S).
* Identify opportunities for process improvement, waste reduction, and cost savings across manufacturing lines, supply chain, and administrative functions.
* Develop and deliver Lean Six Sigma training programs to employees at all levels, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Mentor and coach Green Belts and Yellow Belts, providing guidance and support for their project execution.
* Analyze complex data sets to identify root causes of problems and develop data-driven solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain, to implement improvement initiatives.
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and measure the impact of improvements.
* Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project status, achievements, and future recommendations to senior management.
* Ensure adherence to industry best practices and Jabil's quality standards in all Lean Six Sigma activities.
* Drive cultural change towards a continuous improvement mindset within the organization.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). Master's degree preferred.
* Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a dedicated Lean Six Sigma role.
* Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing complex Lean Six Sigma projects with demonstrable results.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience in project management and change management.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
* Experience with electronics manufacturing or contract manufacturing is a plus.
