Job Description Summary:

Work closely with various teams within Talent First to gather, analyze, and present data for strategic decision-making purposes. Oversee and manage data visualization platforms and all associated data integration and related dashboards.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Manage and oversee a comprehensive list of surveys, reports, KPIs, and processes for Talent First
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, organize, clean, and analyze data, and produce actionable insights
  • Collect and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data
  • Organize and manage HRIS reports in partnership with the HRIS team (both end-user reporting as well as Talent/HR personnel reporting)
  • Develop and maintain central HR and Talent reporting, dashboarding, and presentations for the entire organization, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of data and information
  • Serve as the main contact for troubleshooting and issue resolution for HR and Talent data and reporting
  • Manage HR/Talent data visualization tools and partner with the Business Technology team as well as external vendors on issue resolution, changes, and new needs/requests
  • Lead projects related to HR/Talent data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
  • Provide training and support to HR/Talent personnel as well as business users on HR/Talent data, data tools, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security measures
  • Identify and fix any errors or discrepancies HR and Talent related data
  • Implement best practices for data analysis and reporting
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

MINIMUM SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Management, or other Business related discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or related field (preferably HR-related data)
  • Knowledge of HRIS platform(s) – Workday experience preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and present data effectively – statistical data analysis skills a plus, but not required
  • Strong data visualization skills – experience with Power BI dashboard creation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of HR and Talent Management practices and principles
  • Advanced knowledge of security and data management
