Selected candidates will participate in the Cedar Rapids Accounting and Finance Rotation Program.  This program aims to provide early career talent with a variety of work experiences within the Cedar Rapids Finance team.  Available experiences include Financial Planning and Analysis, Financial Accounting, Program Planning and Control, Contracts and Pricing.  In addition to work experience, the program offers opportunities for professional development, mentoring and networking.

What You Will Do 

  • Participates in financial planning, including analysis of cost reduction strategies, earned value management, and all general and administrative accounting and budget processes.
  • Review the organization's revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to contribute to forecasts of short, medium, and long-term cash flow position.
  • Provide guidance or expertise to external consultants and advisors (e.g., tax advisors, accounting firms) with data, policy, and practice information.
  • Provide functional or operational area employees with information to help them manage their financial responsibilities.

Qualifications You Must Have 

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Accounting 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
