Duties and responsibilities
Working closely with HRBPs and business leaders to develop roadmap and recommend strategies and design solutions that leverage our global compensation programs and align to our global guiding principles; ensuring collaboration and consultation with key HR positions including Global Compensation, Executive Compensation, and other senior HR leaders.
Benchmark roles and analyze market data to ensure competitive compensation levels and stay informed about compensation trends.
Conduct detailed analyses and create presentations related to various compensation scenarios.
Provide expert advice and market intelligence on complex compensation issues and propose solutions.
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to harmonize compensation programs, plans, and processes on enterprise-wide initiatives.
Guide client groups through year-end compensation cycles.
Lead strategic compensation projects across different client groups.
Work with business and recruiters to design competitive offer packages for external hires.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
What you will bring to the role
At least 5 years experience in Compensation ; experience in the insurance industry
At least 5 years experience in business partnering or consulting
Be able to demonstrate prior experience and understanding of complex total reward compensation plans and awards
Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to message complex and/or HR process in in a persuasive and pragmatic way
Advanced Excel experience, with an ability to model and interpret data as well as presenting information at an executive level
Able to work independently with the ability to manage a varied range of activities and projects with a positive attitude
Experience with Workday desirable
Experience with benchmarking tools such as Market Pay desirable
Experience of M&A activity desirable
