We're Hiring: Welder I – Join Our Team in Alachua, FL!

Are you passionate about precision, craftsmanship, and working with your hands? We’re looking for a Welder I to join our Production Team in Alachua, Florida. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and take pride in high-quality work, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

As a Welder I, you’ll:

  • Perform welding tasks to assemble subassemblies and drilling rigs.
  • Follow blueprints, work instructions, and checklists to ensure top-quality results.
  • Use hand and power tools to support assembly based on BOM and manufacturing systems.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Assembly, Quality, Engineering, and more.

 What You Bring:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Welding certification and a strong mechanical background.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and welding equipment.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work overtime or shifts as needed.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

 Location & Schedule:

  • On-site in Alachua, FL (100% in-office; no remote work).
  • Full-time, hourly position.

 Physical & Safety Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand, walk, and wear PPE in a manufacturing setting.
  • Fit-for-work assessments may include audiogram, lift test, and physical exam.
