About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to drive multi-channel digital campaigns and manage our marketing automation environment. This role focuses on nurturing leads across the full M&A lifecycle, evaluating paid advertising opportunities, and delivering actionable insights through centralized reporting. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, experienced with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Business, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and skilled in building and best in class digital strategies that align with pipeline KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize our HubSpot marketing automation environment, including nurturing program maintenance, full lead lifecycle management, and ensuring operational integrity
• Assess and implement paid advertising opportunities (Google Search, Google Display, programmatic, retargeting) to drive performance aligned with pipeline metrics
• Leverage LinkedIn Campaign Manager to promote high-value content and convert leads through gated assets
• Grow our pool of qualified inbound leads across all digital channels
• Evaluate and integrate digital partners with existing marketing technologies to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Build and maintain Salesforce and HubSpot reports to share insights and results with leadership and business development teams
• Centralize reporting for all digital efforts, focusing on pipeline KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, and influenced deals
• Develop and implement new digital initiatives to enhance overall marketing performance over time

Skills:

• Advanced HubSpot capabilities
• Advanced experience with Google Marketing Platform
• Experience with paid ads, and programmatic advertising
• Proven ability to strategize and execute multi-channel campaigns

Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree in business Administrator, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
• HubSpot Digital Marketing certification
• Nice to have: Google Ads Certification, HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification, SEMrush SEO Toolkit Certification,
