Job Description Summary:
IQVIA’s Global Technology and Operations (GTO) group’s responsibility is expanding. To effectively navigate this increased scope the Finance and Procurement Group within the Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) team is looking to replace a Senior Business Systems Analyst with a focus on PeopleSoft Financial applications; General Ledger (GL), Order to Cash (OTC) and Record to Report (RTR) for both internal divisions and external clients.
Job Overview:
Record to Report (RTR) IT Process Lead is a key management position within the Business Analysis function of the ETS team and is the product owner of all RTR demands. This position is the primary BA for PeopleSoft General Ledger and the only full time SME for RTR.
Essential Functions:
Under general direction, formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and requirements.
Must be a Subject Matter Expert on either PeopleSoft GL or OTC
Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
Guides and advises less-experienced Business Systems Analysts.
Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Business Administration, or equivalent experience required.
Five (5) years systems analysis experience required
Three (3) years BA experience in either PeopleSoft GL or PeopleSoft OTC
Intercompany GL experience preferred for GL candidates.
Multi-currency experience required.
Knowledge of business-wide applications (e.g., third party software and internal operational applications, etc.) or IQVIA client facing applications and products.
Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements as well as underlying infrastructure applications, systems, and processes to enable execution of those skills.
Thorough knowledge of IQVIA data and current systems.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $105,800.00 - $176,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
