Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of applications and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and testing process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the application lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and develop applications based on business needs. - Configure and customize applications to meet specific requirements. - Lead the development and testing process, ensuring adherence to quality standards. - Provide technical guidance and support to the team. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the application lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance. - Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI CO modules. - Knowledge of integration points between SAP FI CO and other modules. - Experience in leading application development projects. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance. - Experience with SAP implementation methodologies. - Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - No specific education requirements.
