The Housing Registration Coordinator is responsible for managing attendee accommodations and registration processes. This includes securing room blocks, coordinating with hotels, and ensuring accurate attendee information. The role also involves troubleshooting housing and registration issues, providing on-site support, and ensuring compliance with clien'ts travel and accommodation policies.
As an M&E Event Coordinator, you’ll work closely with clients to understand and deliver on program objectives. Working closely with your team, you’ll collaborate on program planning while providing unparalleled levels of customer service on all travel programs.
What You’ll Do
What We’re Looking For
REQUIRED: 3-5 years meeting planning experience with at least 2 years supporting Pharma business.
Pharmaceutical Congress experience a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of management and clients
Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel Experience
