Provide Technical Support for our deployed systems, working with our Service Teams and vendors across Malaysia & APAC region.
Predominantly focused on providing Technical Support to the RMP Astro P25 System in Sabah Region of Malaysia. Consisting of:
On-Site Technical Support for Corrective Maintenance, requiring incident response and advanced root cause analysis for Incident Management Reports
On-Site Technical Support for Preventive Maintenance, including:
Periodic Site Optimisations
Regular PMI checks
Be the key point of contact to the Malaysia Field Services Manager for all communications, ensuring excellent service levels are met to all MSI customers in the Sabah Region of Malaysia.
Work with the wider Malaysia Field Services Team to support all other aspects of the technologies that MSI provides within the Sabah Region of Malaysia. Consisting of:
On-Site Technical Support for Corrective Maintenance, requiring incident response and advanced root cause analysis for Incident Management Reports
On-Site Technical Support for Preventive Maintenance, including:
Periodic PMI checks
Responsible for ensuring all project/contractual deliverables are delivered on time and in a professional manner
Maintaining, and growing on, the excellent relationship with all MSI customers in Sabah region of Malaysia
Attend regular Team and Customer meetings as and when required.
Constantly review and identify improvements to existing processes to ensure continued and constantly improving service delivery to both internal and external MSI customers
Some Out of Hours work will be required
