As a Senior Production and Architecture Consultant (PAC), you will make sure that the customers are accompanied through each phase of the product life cycle (pre-sales, implementation, and support). 

You will be responsible for the deployment, performance, reliability, and operability of this platform. In this role you will possess excellent technical skills, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and have good communication. 

You will work in close collaboration with the Product Development division to obtain an effective integration of a capital market enterprise system in terms of technical quality and cost. 

This role provides consulting work to ensure that the clients from various countries in the Asia Pacific region are happy with the technical aspects.  

• Build and develop expertise into the Murex platform.  

• Analyze and implement improvement of the system's stability, reliability, and performance: issue analysis, benchmarking, performance profiling.  

• Point of contact for Murex System production and architecture technical issues as the incumbent is the client’s trusted partner. 

• Assist clients in sizing, setting up, monitoring, and maintaining their infrastructure (hardware and software on which the Murex platform is run)  

To be successful in this role, you should possess

• Familiar with Linux / Unix systems, shell scripting basics, networking.

• Software engineering: Programming (C, C++, Java, Python, Go,….) 

• Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server 

• Desire & ability to learn. 

• Enjoys collaboration and able to thrive in a team environment. 

Desirable

• A Bachelor's degree preferably in computer science.

• Knowledge of multi-threaded programming, design patterns and middleware. 

• Good organizational skills. 

• Proactive and self-driven. 

• Enjoys problem solving.  

• Experience in tools such as Valgrind, GDB, BPF, Java profilers such as MAT would be an advantage. 

• DB administration level will be an advantage.
