We are recruiting an HR Policy Manager to join the HR Policy & Delivery team within Operations. Operations play a central role in enabling the FCA to attract, develop and retain the people it needs to regulate effectively, supporting colleagues across the organisation and helping to deliver the FCA’s strategic priorities.
The HR Policy & Delivery team sits at the centre of the FCA’s people agenda, working with senior leaders, colleagues and external stakeholders to develop and maintain a clear, coherent people policy framework. The team leads a high-profile portfolio of complex, organisation-wide policy work that directly shapes how the FCA operates.
It is a well-established and respected team, offering the opportunity to be part of a collaborative, expert function that supports the FCA’s mission to make financial markets work well.
