Summary: As a Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications using the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related inquiries and issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, to ensure the successful delivery of applications. - Ensure that all applications are designed and built to meet business requirements and adhere to best practices and standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - Must To Have Skills: Experience in leading the design, build, and configuration of applications. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka. - Good To Have Skills: Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with agile development methodologies. - Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Packaged Application Development job family group. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
