PR Account Manager – Consumer Tech (AxiCom Mexico):


We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated PR Account Manager to lead communications strategies for a Consumer Technology account, managing operations across Mexico and Latin America. The ideal candidate will be a bilingual professional (Spanish & English) with strong leadership capabilities, proven client management experience, and a deep understanding of the media landscape and PR industry within both Mexico and the broader LATAM region.

Key Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field, preferably working with technology and consumer brands and with agency background.
  • Fluency in English is essential (written and verbal), with the ability to lead client interactions and develop materials.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of coordinating teams and driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in client management, building trusted relationships, anticipating client needs, and delivering strategic counsel.
  • Ability to develop and execute integrated communication plans that drive brand positioning and business impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day management of PR strategies for a leading Consumer Tech account across Mexico and LATAM, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, providing strategic counsel and proactive solutions to elevate brand presence in the market.
  • Manage and motivate the team, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
