Responsibilities:

Support engineers in translating customer specifications into internal engineering deliverables (e.g. drawings, validation plans, BOMs, release documents)
Intervene in major technical or delivery issues, provide escalation coordination and resolution path
Assist in tracking phase gate execution, milestone status and documentation readiness for key projects
Collaborate with project managers to monitor timing plans, engineering changes and deliverable consistency
Maintain team work planning, resource allocation and daily task updates
Support line manager in workload balancing and resource forecasting

Qualifications:

Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering or other technical subject

Experience in the Project Management

Analytical thinking

Strong communication and presentation skills across cultures

AVS/NVH product know-how is an advantage

Leadership skills

Local language, fluent in English

Team player, assertiveness, entrepreneurship, strong commitment, strong communication skills
