Job Description

This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

About the Role

As Lead, Media Strategy, you will be dedicated to media strategy and cross-channel investment planning and leverage data-driven insights to inform media and investment strategies. 

What You’ll Do

  • Translate and apply business goals and marketing objectives into annual and quarterly media objectives and strategies

  • Develop and present Media plans, including go-to-market strategies, investment, channel mix and flighting, and capture tactical recommendations

  • Project-manage Media milestones and presentations with in-house teams

  • Assist in planning media investment across all paid channels, leveraging cross-functional marketing teams' inputs and MMM data

  • Collaborate with finance and channel partners for budget tracking and investment accuracy

  • Partner with channel owners to gather recommended media refinements and innovations for testing to increase media impact and efficiency

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, pulling together performance recaps to achieve maximum efficiencies

  • Additional tasks may be assigned

What Skills You Have

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising and/or Marketing

  • 5+ years of paid media experience at a media agency and/or an in-house media department

  • Self-starter 

  • Attention to detail, with strong accuracy and organization skills

  • Deep understanding of paid media fundamentals, channel strategy and channel activation

  • Expert-level proficiency in working with data manipulation and extracting insights

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive work forward independently

​​Preferred

  • Experience programmatically buying paid digital (e.g., DV360, social platforms, YouTube, etc.) 

  • Experience planning and buying traditional media (e.g., TV, Radio, Magazine, Outdoor, etc.)
