What would you do? To be responsible for the knowledge transfer in the areas of Systems, applications and activities that follow Manage and Process Open Deduction. Responsible for documentation and changes thereof. Ensure that the necessary guidelines are complied with and necessary documents are maintained as applicable for all day-to-day processes. Play a key role in the team, being the link between the team and TL and ensure that adequate process knowledge is developed and be the first point of contact for all members. Act as a back for the TL. Optimizing working capital, providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamlining billing processes. This team over looks the entire processes that starts from customers inquiry, sales order to delivery and invoicing. The Cash Application Processing team focuses on solving queries related to cash applications and coordination with the customers. The role requires a good understanding of cash applications, the process of applying unapplied cash, reconciliation of suspense account in cash application, and process them from payment receipt to finalization. Manage OTC collection/disputes such as debt collection, reporting on aged debt, dunning process, bad debt provisioning etc. Perform Cash Reconciliations and follow up for missing remittances, prepare refund package with accuracy and supply to clients, record all collections activities in a consistent manner as per client process (tool), delivery of process requirements to achieve key performance targets, ensure compliance to internal controls, standards, and regulations (Restricted countries).
What are we looking for? Manage and process open deductions: • Primary responsibility is to perform coding on deduction created on system • Action and validate on Trade and Non-trade deduction as per exceptions and guidelines • Generate Aged Trial Balance report from system and work on new deduction • Follow up on Invalid deduction • Keep track and comments each deduction line open on customer and escalate on time, if needed • Should know the importance of documentations in place and compliance towards it. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team and follow up until resolution. • Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time and customer satisfaction. • Identify recurring issues and provide inputs for process improvement. • Ensure adherence to company policies, data privacy, and compliance standards. • Contribute to team meetings and training sessions for knowledge sharing 3- 5 years of experience in Customer Service and Support • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting. • Flexible to work in shifts • Knowledge of SAP, Oracle and High radius is an added advantage • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. • Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and patience. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM platforms. • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
