Job Description

ROLE DESCRIPTION 

The Direct to Consumer (DTC) Strategy Co-op will join the Strategy team to help develop impactful long-term strategic plans and support project execution. You’ll collaborate across all parts of the DTC business – from Finance to Creative, ECommerce to Customer Support to build business targets, research industry trends, and assess potential impacts and risks. You’ll also be responsible for providing timely analysis and insights that unlock new growth opportunities, optimizations, and efficiencies. 

 

THE TEAM 

The DTC Strategy team is responsible for developing long-term strategic direction, exploring new commercial opportunities, and driving value through the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives. We’re a lean but diverse — in skillsets and experiences team that is endlessly curious, tactfully rebellious, and continuously improving. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Work alongside team leads to analyze data and distill learnings into approaches, actionable recommendations, and activate in-market. 

  • Support the annual operating planning process, including: managing timelines and dependencies, conducting industry and competitive research, facilitating workshops, financial forecasting, and presenting to key stakeholders. 

  • Assist senior staff and executives with ad hoc strategic presentations, projects, and analysis. 

  • Monitor global DTC and market trends to guide resourcing strategy. 

  • Provide project management support for key strategic projects. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Currently pursuing a 4-year degree with a strong interest in business, marketing, communications, analytics, or a related field 

  • Experienced in financial modeling 

  • Advanced PowerPoint skills; experience with using data to tell engaging stories to diverse audiences 

  • Able to adapt to shifting priorities, time pressures, and ambiguous projects 

  • Comfortable with both collaborative teamwork and independent problem-solving
