Your Job:

• Responsible for internal controls as relating to the joint responsibilities for Singapore Payroll Processing

• Jointly responsible for Singapore monthly payroll cycle including payroll processing, payroll reconciliation, reports.

• Responsible for the accurate representation of payroll and GL reconciliations and works closely with Finance to ensure accuracy of accruals and payroll balances

• Responsible to establish a payroll working process with Singapore HR operations to ensure accurate and timely updates of employee data and related information for processing of payroll

• Ensures a routine audit/check of employee data with HR operations to ensure payroll system updates are accurate

• Review and ensure compliance check with statutory legislation and Company’s policies.

• Lead for EDB lead incentives

• Conduct full on-boarding process of new hires and orientation related activities

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma in Accounting or related business area

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Singapore Payroll processing, Oracle, Payroll processes and good knowledge of RAMCO and/or other payroll software

Preferred Qualifications:

• Highly collaborative team player across various APAC countries and Global GF with ability to establish productive working relationships

• Strong knowledge of payroll regulatory environment in Singapore

• Good understanding of all payroll internal controls

• Experience managing a small team, setting objectives and performance management
