The CRM Associate Manager - Life Sciences, is part of our Americas Products Marketing + Communications team. The role is designed to support marketing strategies that drive client relationships, reputation, and revenue at our Life Sciences focused client account teams.

Background

Client Relationship Marketing is dedicated to putting the client at the heart of everything we do, aiming to maximize impact on our reputation, relationships, and revenue growth—what we call the 3 Rs of CRM. Every CRM marketing role focuses on crafting and implementing strategies that align with specific client priorities, enhance relationship-building, drive origination, and meet revenue and account objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead the craft of client relationship marketing for up to three clients by:

  • Building account-specific marketing plans to expand relationships, drive revenue, and enhance reputation.

  • Curating content and experiences that our clients truly value.

  • Delivering client relationship plans that include events and experiences, 360° value reports, research on key buyers, and more.

  • Using Accenture’s SynOps, AI agents, and other leading marketing technologies to help us know and prioritize our work.

  • Measuring our marketing against agreed-upon metrics and using data and analytics for continuous improvement.

  • Contributing to the success of our Products/Life Sciences CRM team in the Americas.

  • Collaborating and working effectively with M+C colleagues.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in professional services or other B2B organizations.

  • Minimum of 5 years of account-based marketing, event marketing, and/or social or digital experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Broad marketing skill set, including campaign management, deliverable development, and measurement and reporting.

  • Demonstrable experience in using different marketing channels, including social media, email, and direct mail.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Ability to present and convey ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels.

  • Team player with great interpersonal skills.

  • Creativity, flair, and innovation in achieving cut-through and differentiation for campaigns.

  • Enthusiasm, passion for marketing, and a can-do attitude.

  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar client relationship management platform is desirable, e.g., managing client interactions, reporting, and campaign setup.

  • Experience using Eloqua (or a similar email platform) is desirable.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
