THE ROLE

The Corporate Communications Manager will oversee the development and execution of innovative corporate communications strategies that strengthen Live Nation Entertainment’s reputation and narrative. This role focuses on creating social-first storytelling that resonates across digital platforms, enhancing goodwill, and driving positive brand recognition. The successful candidate will manage media relations, develop proactive communication initiatives, and deliver content that amplifies our corporate identity and the emotional connection people have with live music.


WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Identify and craft compelling, creative, and shareable stories that enhance Live Nation’s brand and goodwill narrative.
  • Move beyond traditional media strategies by creating dynamic, social-first content, elevating brand messaging across social, digital, and owned channels.
  • Develop and execute media materials, including innovative pitches, announcements, alerts, and press releases tailored for various platforms and audiences.
  • Develop and manage campaigns that highlight the emotional and experiential value of live music to fans, media, and stakeholders, ensuring cohesive storytelling across all communications.
  • Regularly track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies, including media coverage, social engagement, and narrative performance across digital platforms.
  • Monitor media trends and social conversations to proactively insert Live Nation into relevant discussions while staying ahead of emerging industry topics.
  • Respond to media inquiries in a timely manner, coordinating responses that align with Live Nation’s narrative and business objectives.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets and influencers, leveraging these relationships to enhance the brand’s visibility and storytelling.
  • Partner with key leaders and divisional communication leaders to identify opportunities for communications to support business needs.
  • Lead or support special projects that require innovative communication strategies, including crisis management, reputation-building campaigns, and proactive initiatives.


WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or Writing strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an in-house communications role or agency setting, emphasis on media relations and digital communications strongly preferred. 
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and present it in a clear, concise and conversational manner.
  • Proven experience of delivering results with impact.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt to rapidly changing business needs.
  • Positive attitude and high value for collaboration and teamwork.
  • A passion for live entertainment, music culture, and crafting emotional narratives that resonate with fans, media, and industry stakeholders.

The expected compensation for this position is:

$104,000.00 USD - $130,000.00 USD

** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
