As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyse, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, while also performing maintenance and enhancements to existing applications. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality code and contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in, ensuring that client requirements are met effectively and efficiently..

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP EAM solutions to meet business objectives and enhance asset management processes.
-Act as a subject matter expert in SAP EAM, providing guidance and innovative solutions to address complex business challenges.
-Analyze the organization s business model and processes, ensuring seamless integration with SAP EAM technology.
-Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, foster collaboration among stakeholders, and validate proposed solutions.
-Develop detailed documentation that outlines business processes, system requirements, and solution designs.
-Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation in asset management.
-Create visual representations of processes to enhance understanding, communication, and alignment across teams.
-Support the implementation of SAP EAM solutions by coordinating with technical teams and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
-Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to challenges that apply across various teams.
-Continuously assess and refine business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
-9+ Years of E2E Implementation experience in SAP S4 HANA Enterprise Asset Management module with lead role
-5+ years of consulting experience in Middle East OR India based SAP Projects with Oil and Gas Industry flavour
-Resource should have an in-depth understanding and extensive experience in SAP S4HANA Enterprise Asset Management
-The EAM consultant should be able to cover support for the majority of the modules listed below:
-Configuration of EAM Modules: Notification Processing, Order Processing, Fleet Management, HSECES Inspection, Planned Maintenance, Refurbishment, Resource Scheduling, Turnaround
-Good understanding of EAM neighbouring skills of WCM - Work Clearance Manager, WMS - Work Planning Management System and MOC - Management of Change
-Resource should have good experience and in-depth understanding of existing Business Processes (localization, customizations, and integrations) of SAP S4HANA EAM
-Has dirven design workshops with Business Process Owners as per best practices
-Reviewing key deliverables or work products as part of quality assurance in context of industry standards
-Assist in managing functional and integration testing, including coordination of all testing activities across the modules and third parties so the activity is managed in an end-to-end manner.
-Familiarity with integration points with other SAP modules and 3rd party systems like SCADA for Measuring Points, Prometheus for Scheduling
