Team/Role Overview

Loan Operations Analyst is the intermediate level position within EMEA Wealth management. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes. The applicant will be a self-motivated analytical team player with the ability to independently complete their responsibilities whilst identifying process improvements and enhancements to improve quality & efficiency.

What you’ll do

• Processing loan instructions
• Monitoring tasks execution
• Independent problem resolution within the process and replying to queries received from business partners
• Proceeding team tasks and performing additional assignments
• Maintaining the procedures accordingly with Citi standards
• Participation in audits, business meetings and conference calls

What we’ll need from you

• Minimum 5.5 years of professional experience within financial institution
• Understanding of the nature of work within banking operations
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Detail-orientated with good organizational skills
• Proactive with strong sense of responsibility
• Ability and experience working in a fast paced, high pressure environment
• University Degree or equivalent experience (Finance, Economics, Accounting etc)
