What your typical day will look like:

As the Influencer Marketing Account Manager, you will be delivering innovative and impactful influencer solutions by collaborating across dentsu and external partners to manage campaign strategies, timelines, and budgets. You will lead internal teams and creator relationships to ensure seamless execution while driving efficiency, performance, and clear, data-driven client updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns by managing timelines, deliverables, and execution across influencers/KOLs, internal teams, and external partners to ensure campaign objectives are met.
  • Build and manage influencer relationships including sourcing, accreditation, contracting, and ongoing engagement with creators, handlers, and agencies aligned to target audience strategy.
  • Develop influencer strategies and recommendations by creating influencer profiles, shortlists, and campaign concepts in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee campaign operations and documentation including trackers, contracts, reports, and databases to monitor progress, compliance, and performance.
  • Manage financial and performance reporting by coordinating payments, invoices, and sharing data-driven insights on campaign results and optimization opportunities.

A bit about you:

  • Graduate of any 4-year degree program focused on Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or similar fields
  • 1-2 years of Social Media management experience
  • Ideally should have familiarity with the influencer industry in the PH
  • Must be familiar with content creation and content strategy
  • Proficiency in social media platforms
  • Experience in social media listening tools (preferred)
