Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is looking for an Experienced Estimating & Pricing Specialist to join our team based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma or Hazelwood, Missouri.
As a mid-level estimating & pricing specialist supporting the Executive Transport Portfolio within the Mobility, Surveillance, and Bombers division of BDS, you will support the following platforms: C-32, C-40, E-4B, and VC-25. You will gain experience developing proposals for our customers including The United States Government and International Customers.

Position Responsibilities:
Develops estimates and prices from technical requirements through the design, build, and aftermarket support stages of the program
Develops, prepares and validates estimates and prices
Evaluates requests for proposal, substantiates estimates/pricing and assembles price proposals
Develops estimating and pricing methods
Evaluates and develops business cases
Performs analyses and provides recommendations in support of pricing/estimating (risk, financial, competitive, etc.)
Develops and maintains pricing models
Incorporates data into and maintains structured systems and coordinates program database requirements
Develops/applies/maintains rates and factors for estimating, pricing and proposals
Performs compliance activities including policy and procedure development, system/tool deployment and training delivery
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
3+ years of experience with government, company, and local policies, procedures, and regulations (e.g., Estimating system manual, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR), Truth In Negotiations Act (TINA), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) Procurement integrity, Export Compliance) relating to the development of cost proposals
3+ years of experience working in a fast paced environment with strict deadlines
3+ years of experience working with competing priorities
Experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Master’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
1+ years of experience and an estimating and pricing (or similar) role: building proposals, utilizing pricing systems, and knowledge of estimating and pricing tools and processes including familiarity with FAR, DFAR, and TINA requirements
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.)
Relocation:

Summary pay range:
Oklahoma City: $ 78,200 - $105,800
Hazelwood: $ 84,150 – $113,850
