What you will be doing:

Configuring the new clients on the in-house tools. Working on the tickets related to wide range of requests which include issues, new requirements, changes, inclusions, exclusions and investigations. Monitoring the production processes and in-house tools’ functioning. Ready to prepare documents of critical tasks for the shared repository. Ability to work using SQL to fetch required data and troubleshoot. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. Be responsible for the highest quality output for the assigned work. Improve operations by using AI, conducting systems analysis, recommending changes in policies and procedures Ability to work under pressure, adapt to demanding situations, and consistently meet project deadlines.

• As a senior developer he/she should work independently and mentor junior developers
• Proactively should reach out / coordinate to various stake holders to complete deliverables.

Good to have Skills:

• Production support experience.
• SQL.
• Banking domain.
• MS core applications.
• Automation tools such as selenium etc.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

Competencies:

• Fluent in English.
• Excellent communicator – ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion.
• Attention to detail – track record of authoring high quality documentation.
• Organized approach – manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements.
• Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team.
