ROLE SUMMARY
Pfizer’s Chief Marketing Office purpose and aspiration is to modernize marketing at Pfizer by developing current and next generation marketers and delivering a best-in-class model that is faster, more effective, efficient, and boosts our mROI. In keeping with this purpose, The Agency & Content Team plays a key role in creating Better, Faster, and Smarter Content to support Pfizer’s omnichannel marketing model. One of the most critical drivers of this transformation is to create an industry leading end-to-end content supply chain that delivers excellence across 83 global markets and 4 unique market categories.
The Agency Strategy & Operations Team has been established to implement Pfizer’s going-forward agency engagement model and will offer marketing and other content creators a for fit-for-purpose end-to-end creative and production solution for Business Units and Countries. The Creative Production Lead, US is a key position on the Agency Strategy & Operations Team, and will lead the end-to-end operations for Pfizer’s creative production solutions in the United States across Pfizer’s external agency ecosystem.
The Creative Production Lead, US will partner closely CoLab Production, Delivery and US Marketers to deliver “better, faster, cheaper” content across all channels. The Creative Production Lead, US will have oversight of production operations from brief inception to production kit delivery. The Creative Production Lead, US will collaborate closely with Pfizer’s Marketing teams and external agency teams to forecast content demand, ensure work moves through the various production pathways at the highest quality, and align synergistic activities across Products and Markets.
The successful candidate will have a deep commitment to improving health outcomes, a proven track record of operations management, strong communication and issue resolution skills, experience with developing and delivering concise executive summaries for ELT and ELT-1 colleagues, demonstrated ability to quickly diagnose complex challenges, be an advocate for change, and have a passion for continuous improvement.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Creative Production Lead, US is responsible for the end-to-end creative production solutions and delivery. The Creative Production Lead, US will identify opportunities for continuous improvement across systems, operating models, Pfizer/Agency interfaces, content cycle times, and business process.
Reports to Agency Strategy & Operations Lead, Biopharma Ops
Leads Creative Production, US to:
Serve as the single point of contact in the US for creative production planning, execution, and delivery.
Accountable for Creative Production operations for all channels and pathways (origination, reuse) including content availability in Pfizer’s DAM.
Define the delivery plan, including KPIs and SLAs, and operationalize content operations processes ensuring adherence to global standards and compliance requirements.
Interface with Marketing, Digital, and other CMO verticals to ensure Global to Local pull-through and execution of content operations processes.
Partner with external agencies, and their Business Unit and/or Therapeutic Areas leadership and delivery teams, to forecast demand needs and operationalize delivery framework across compliance, quality, speed, and cost parameters.
Identify areas of opportunity to synergize content creation activities across traditional, digital, and customer-facing channels to further improve Pfizer’s channel mix and reach.
Work closely with Agency Performance and Metrics Lead and Agency Operations Leads, US to perform periodic audits across delivery cycles, “right first time” initiatives, quality, and cost parameters.
Lead, in the US, the external implementation of key creative production programs including both modular content and content personalization, at scale.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
8 years of experience in marketing, agency, operations, or related functions
Strong knowledge of go-to-market commercial models.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical dynamics and economics, customer landscape, and market trends.
Experience in solution design, implementation, and optimization.
Experience in process design, optimization and issue management and resolution
Expertise in Veeva, Adobe, and other software platforms including system architecture and integrations.
Ability to effectively manage external vendors.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively manage cross-functional teams and external partner relationships
Exceptional interpersonal skills and mastery of working in a matrixed environment, with the ability to perform in a highly visible role.
