Overview of Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial transactions and contributing to the continuous improvement of our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes. This role is essential in ensuring strong internal controls and full adherence to local regulatory requirements related to payment processing.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about change, highly detail‑oriented, and eager to grow within a dynamic finance environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Accounts Payable process, including preparing timely and accurate vendor payments, ensuring alignment between purchase orders and invoices, and collaborating with Controlling to ensure correct cost allocation
  • Oversee the Accounts Receivable process by generating and sending customer invoices on time, and monitoring and following up on outstanding receivables
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, accuracy, and control
  • Assist with internal and external audits by preparing and providing required documentation and information
     

Education and Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program or equivalent
  • SAP knowledge or experience is beneficial
     

Experience, Skills and Competencies Required

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German or French is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, while meeting deadlines
  • Structured, organized and team-oriented working style
  • Strong control consciousness
  • Open-minded and ready to embrace change
