General Description

• SAP system maintains for each part no. of new projects
• Supplier management and material management
• Material inventory control, ensure material supply to production line

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain material MRP database in SAP system and ensure they are in line with the released supplier contract.
• Snap check the engineering BOM into SAP BOM and ensure it is in-line with the manufacturing process and purchasing status
• Notice ECN Coordinator update BOM in SAP whenever engineering changes are implemented in production line
• Update and check logistics data in  SAP timely and ensure the accuracy of data base, such as safety stock, lead-time and etc
• Run MRP and released correct material order & fcst to supplier and ensure the inventory level in budget and ensure the replenishment of materials
• Control & avoid slow-moving material
• Arrange and check physical check, ensure the inventory accuracy.
• Control the extra transportation cost (inbound)
• Daily contact with all team members, close management of the material replenishment
• Reconciliation with supplier timely
• Ensure full respect of EHS rules and regulations
• Ensure transparent timely communication with logistic manger and internal customers
• Build a strong internal and external relationship with the other function
• Participating with supervisory colleagues to improve department performance
• Participate in department Top 5 and report production performance, successes and issues as well as action initiated
• Other temporary task arranged by Line Manager

Qualifications & Requirements

• Use Excel.word... Officer software
• English reading and writing, speaking skill
• SAP system use
• MRP logic understanding
• BOM understanding
• Inventory analysis
• Familiar with production planning skill
• Supplier management and delivery performance assessment skill
• Bachelor’s degree or above in any major
• 3 years’ working experience in Logistics
