As an Associate, Foreign Exchange (FX) Sales Trader, you are responsible for the execution of foreign exchange transactions, management of client trading activity, and delivery of FX solutions within the Global Markets Group. Reporting to the Head of FX Sales and Trading, this role is designed for early career candidates seeking hands-on exposure to FX markets, client servicing, and front office risk frameworks. You'll operate in a front-office capacity, with direct accountability for trade execution, client interaction, product structuring, and transaction-level revenue outcomes, within established risk, pricing, and credit frameworks. The position requires the ability to exercise independent judgment in real-time market conditions, manage assigned client activity, and contribute to the overall performance of the FX business. You'll function as an active participant in the FX platform, maintaining ownership of day-to-day trading activity, contributing to product delivery and market insight, and supporting a disciplined, controlled, and commercially driven environment. This role is well suited for intellectually curious, highly motivated candidates with strong analytical skills and an interest in applying data and emerging technologies to financial markets and client service.What you'll need:
