Position Summary
This position will work with the Senior Manager, Evaluation and Accreditation to coordinate all pieces of the ongoing accreditation process for the School of Public Health. This will include administrating all surveys used for data collection, managing file storage of evaluation and accreditation data, and coordination of annual CEPH and ASPPH reporting.
This position will also support the OKR process in connection to Here and Next, the University’s strategic plan, to ensure that objectives and key results specified are accomplished in accordance with established priorities. Builds capacity for data collection and knowledge management. Oversees implementation and communication of evaluation projects.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage annual reporting for CEPH and ASPPH needs. Coordinate collection of quarterly updates for Here and Next reporting.
- Coordinate evaluation tools, processes, and process improvement implementation for School of Public Health. Provide technical expertise associated with implementation of surveys and data collection.
- Manage CEPH accreditation process in between accreditation years including staffing accreditation committee, collecting and managing data and documentation, and keeping updated on changing CEPH requirements.
- Coordinate communications of research and evaluation projects, including on the website, through marketing tools.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range
$53,100.00 - $90,600.00 / Annually
The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
