Job Description

Responsible for being the primary internal support contact and point person for sales personnel and strategic partners. This individual will deliver superior service and support to all internal/external sales staff, as well as sales partner relationships (Strategic Partners, Independent Sales Organizations and Independent Contractors).

The Sales Support will be responsible for performing a wide range of duties, among these are:

  • To prepare and deliver new applications generated from Elavon Nordic Sales Team
  • Coordinator and support for applications on a daily basis, including, but may not be limited to reviewing problems reported, prioritizing and researching these problems, determining the solutions, and resolving them.
  • Review merchant’s applications for accuracy.
  • Key responsible for answering boarding team on open issues, pending’s in the application process.
  • Key responsible and implementer of approved MIDs and inform partners, merchants and sales of implementation.
  • Maintain and update database of existing merchants and partners.
  • Acting as primary support contact for internally and for our partners.
  • To be a trusted source and backup to our sales persons and assist with common questions and administrative issues.
  • Support sales by participating on important customer meetings.
  • Develop positive relationship and daily communication internally, with partners and merchants regarding various administrative supporting issues.
  • Internal escalation to management of major client problems, as brought to our attention by sales or partners.
  • Proficiency in Excel is required.
  • The role involves traveling for partner visits in Finland.


Requirements:

  • Fluent in Norwegian, Swedish, and English.
  • Education or training from outgoing sales, preferably Partner sales.
     

Nice to have:

  • Proficiency in Finnish.
