JOB PURPOSE
In this role, you will be a part of a team that is crafting the future landscape of retail advertising. This is a chance to leverage data insights to create tailed experiences that resonate with Athletes. You will be building a platform that connects brands with enthusiasts, fostering a community bound by a shared love of sport. As the Software Engineer I for the DICK’S Media Network, you will:
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers
Learn how the work that you’re doing contributes to the goals of the organization
Research and learn to interpret data, trends, and benchmarks
Leverage first-party data to drive personalized and relevant content to Athletes where they are in their journey
Work across many different channels including online, in-store, mobile apps, and various third-party platforms
Have a willingness to continuously learn, experiment, and innovate

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level preferred
General experience: Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems (7 to 12 months)
Managerial experience: Very limited (0 to 3 months)
