Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the development lifecycle to create innovative solutions that enhance client services. The position emphasizes adopting modern technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges, all within a collaborative and agile environment focused on cloud-first strategies. Daily activities include coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of software components.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that meet business requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Apache Kafka.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies including JavaScript frameworks and responsive design principles.
- In-depth knowledge of backend development, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies to support scalable applications.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code and perform thorough code reviews.
- Experience with database design, optimization, and integration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
