The Program Manager is a part of WelbeHealth’s People Department and an integral member of the Talent Acquisition (TA) leadership team, accountable for managing all aspects of complex recruitment programs critical to WelbeHealth’s continued growth and success. This role will develop and implement recruitment plans and utilize market intelligence and innovative strategies to attract experienced professionals, serving as a trusted advisor to senior and executive leadership.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for physician and provider roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates
  • Develop relationships with senior leadership as a trusted advisor and build solid understandings of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications, ensuring strong service delivery and outcomes
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and implement innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business
  • Enhance WelbeHealth’s employment brand by being an ambassador on social media and recruitment platforms, and across markets and networks
  • Build and maintaining pipelines of active and passive candidates.
  • Oversee the candidate experience throughout hiring process, from initial contact to interview preparation to final-offer negotiation
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to the TA team on recruitment best practices and operational insight

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of EEOC best practices and compliance
  • Minimum of five (5) years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with increasing scope and responsibilities
  • Minimum of three (3) years of full lifecycle provider recruitment experience (Physicians and Nurse Practitioners) required
  • Demonstrated success managing senior leadership and hiring manager expectations, delivering outstanding customer service and serving as a strategic partner
  • Strong knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting processes including sourcing, employment branding, talent marketing, networking, offer negotiation, and relationship management for complex, hard-to-fill roles
  • Knowledge of and an interest in current healthcare recruiting practices
  • Ability to travel to other WelbeHealth PACE locations as needed
  • Ability to work remotely and accommodate PST hours as needed

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $99,309 - $119,171 / year + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
