We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Staff Solutions Architect to lead the customer experience area, encompassing everything from our portals to our internal applications. As a Senior Staff Solutions Architect you will:
Architect and Design Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable architectures that solve complex business challenges, ensuring solutions are aligned with future growth and evolving requirements while adhering to best practices.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Technology Leadership: Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance on leveraging industry-leading technologies and frameworks to develop robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions.
System Integration: Design and implement integration solutions between internal systems and external customers and partners.
Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications and databases, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Documentation and Compliance: Maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2).
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, proposing and implementing continuous improvements to the architecture and processes.

This is a hybrid position based out of one of our offices: San Francisco, CA, Plano, TX, or Lehi, UT. Hybrid employees are expected to be in the office three days per week (Plano, TX) or two days per week (San Francisco, CA or Lehi, UT). #LI-hybrid
The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
