Job Description

What is the Opportunity?

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven software development lifecycle and intelligent automation solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale automation and AI integration initiatives, establishing best practices, and advance the technical maturity of our engineering organization.

What will you do?

RPA Engineering

  • Design and develop advanced UiPath automation solutions including attended and unattended automation, Document Understanding, Integration Service and API-based automation, and Orchestrator architecture
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of automation platforms
  • Conduct complex debugging, production support, and architectural reviews
  • Develop and contribute to reusable frameworks and code standards

AI Engineering

  • Design and implement AI-driven automation solutions including Intelligent Document Processing, LLM-powered automation, prompt engineering, conversational AI, and ML model integration
  • Integrate UiPath with enterprise AI platforms and APIs
  • Develop AI orchestration workflows with model monitoring and evaluation
  • Support implementation of agentic automation and advanced AI use cases

AI-Driven SDLC

  • Contribute to AI/ML solutions that enhance code generation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
  • Participate in integrating AI technologies into existing SDLC workflows and tooling
  • Support development and implementation of governance models for AI and responsible AI practices

Technical Contributions

  • Participating in technology evaluation and assessment for organizational adoption
  • Collaborate with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance teams
  • Contribute to technical training and knowledge sharing initiatives

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have:

  • Expert-level UiPath Studio and Orchestrator architecture knowledge
  • UiPath Document Understanding and AI Center experience
  • UiPath Integration Service and Apps proficiency
  • Advanced framework design (REFramework) and queue-based architecture expertise
  • Experience integrating LLM APIs and prompt engineering
  • API architecture experience (REST/SOAP)
  • Proficiency in .NET or Python, SQL, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Cloud platform experience (Azure/AWS/GCP)

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with automation Center of Excellence (CoE) models
  • Agentic automation and advanced AI solutions experience
  • UiPath Certified Professional credentials
  • UiPath AI Associate/Professional Certification or equivalent AI engineering certification
  • Contributions to open-source automation or AI/ML projects
