What you'll do: 

  • Provide daily administration, maintenance, support, expertise, functional guidance, and troubleshooting for the Learning Management System (LMS). 

  • Build and upload learning assets including courses, curriculums & certifications 

  • Add classes and sessions 

  • Test SCORM courses 

  • Assign learning assets and curriculum and support virtual classrooms 

  • Update completion statuses 

  • Resolve issues and provide outstanding support 

  • Provide learning logistics support and event management 

  • Coordination of learning sessions 

  • Preparation and delivery of ongoing reporting requirements 

  • Classroom arrangements (printing, room set-up, catering etc.) 

  • Identify project risks from a training logistics perspective and call out, as the need arises 

  • Liaise with finance for accruals and chargebacks and process invoices on a timely basis 

  • Support vendor set up and invoice management.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment with integrity 

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
