Empower a culture of learning! As Senior Coordinator, Learning & Development, you'll be the engine behind our learning programs, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our employees. What you'll do:
Provide daily administration, maintenance, support, expertise, functional guidance, and troubleshooting for the Learning Management System (LMS).
Build and upload learning assets including courses, curriculums & certifications
Add classes and sessions
Test SCORM courses
Assign learning assets and curriculum and support virtual classrooms
Update completion statuses
Resolve issues and provide outstanding support
Provide learning logistics support and event management
Coordination of learning sessions
Preparation and delivery of ongoing reporting requirements
Classroom arrangements (printing, room set-up, catering etc.)
Identify project risks from a training logistics perspective and call out, as the need arises
Liaise with finance for accruals and chargebacks and process invoices on a timely basis
Support vendor set up and invoice management.
Perform other related duties as assigned

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
