What You Will Do

In this engaging position, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer implementation projects, bridging the gap between post-sale and pre-support phases. As the primary contact point for our valued customers, you will ensure the seamless realization of their goals, particularly in areas such as database customization, installation, and training. Your responsibilities extend to providing user-based support for our products, collaborating closely with the Support Team. Embracing a diverse clientele, you will skillfully address inquiries on software usage across all proficiency levels. The ideal candidate for this role possesses exceptional presentation and problem-solving skills, exudes a confident stage presence, maintains a positive phone demeanor, demonstrates poise in challenging situations, and exerts the energy and ambition to take ownership of each customer interaction. Situated in our Portsmouth, NH office, this role may involve periodic travel to client sites for on-site implementation or training, as well as attendance at annual company conferences.

  • Oversee customer implementation projects post-sale through pre-support

  • Establish key milestones and detailed implementation plan for each project

  • Ensure that customer has proper technical environment for operating B2W Software

  • Guide customer through improvement of current processes with the application of B2W software

  • Develop a custom solution based on a specific understanding of customer needs and an understanding of their operational process

  • Identify customer specific integration and reporting needs

  • Develop specifications for custom Add-In’s and reports

  • Lead customer through proper configuration and workflow of B2W Software

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Ability to maintain an office-based schedule involving occasional travel

  • College degree in a field suitable to the role

  • Construction operations and estimating will be helpful

  • Expertise with Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems, including experience with Microsoft networking

  • Must hold a valid US Passport or be able to meet the requirements to obtain one for international travel.
