The Role
The Wealth Service Specialist will develop a full understanding of system capabilities to assist new and existing Advisor teams with Black Diamond, RCI, Salentica and CRM Wealth Platform. This position will be the advisor’s direct point of contact for system navigation and functionality, ensure seamless movement and expediting issues. Responsible for providing support to our network of clients and business partners, both internally and externally. Serve as an escalation resource, expediting, delegating and facilitating additional work items to completion.
Essential Job Functions, other duties assigned
Review and provide support for servicing tickets submitted by Advisors, tagging accordingly to designated representatives and leadership. Assigning and delegating new accounts to teams and households.
Provide virtual and in-person webinars, trainings and development sessions to new users, Registered Reps and Investment Advisor Representatives. Facilitate additional 1 on 1 trainings for advisors and teams as they are identified.
Serve as the first point of contact to set up system access for new users. Supports and maintain user accounts including rights, permissions and group delegation.
Facilitating and directing the flow of data from Black Diamond into additional systems. Following up to ensure transferred data is accurate and up to date. Utilize the various platforms to review data for accuracy as well as provide necessary updates, maintaining data integrity.
Serve as a key point of contact for Advisors regarding account and transaction review as well as resolving issues. Handling complex and escalated requests to resolve issues and ensure continued satisfaction.
Monitor customer satisfaction levels with regular reporting, documentation and data. Reporting findings to additional stakeholders and leaders.
Coordinates, monitors and reports on project status, webinar feedback, training procedures, and data management for the Wealth Services Team.

Experience and Education
Experience:
3 - 5 years of prior Financial Services and/or Wealth Management experience
1+ years of experience with Wealth Reporting, CRM, and industry-specific platforms (e.g. Pershing, Schwab, Fidelity)
Experience with Black Diamond Wealth Platform or equivalent portfolio report tool is required
Education:
Four-year college or university program certificate in Business, Finance or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
