The Team:

You will work with a team of intelligent, ambitious and hard-working software professionals recruited from reputed universities and industries. The team is responsible for the architecture, design, development, quality and maintenance of our enterprise web domain products. Transform product requirements into Technical Design/ Implementation & writing technical requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze stories that have been written by Product Owner and perform an estimation of the complexity.

  • Setup a strategy to implement the stories.

  • Build or Enhance features in respect to the stories with defensible coding strategies.

  • Delivery with best quality.

  • Provide support and maintenance.

  • Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Follow Agile best practices.

  • Raise Concerns About Incomplete or Poor Requirements

  • Attend all Scrum ceremonies.

  • Mentoring the junior developers

  • Analyze and recommend solution design (Design Guidance)

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of strong experience in application development using Microsoft Technologies.

  • Proficient with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, Test- driven development.

  • Strong command in .NET technologies: C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, LINQ, Entity Framework, AJAX, .Net MVC, SOAP, WEB API/ Restful Services, HTML 5, CSS, XML/XSLT,

  • Strong Command in JavaScript-frameworks: React/Angular/ Durandal/ JQuery/similar.

  • Good experience with developing solutions involving relational database technologies on SQL Server platform, stored procedure programming experience using Transact SQL and query optimization techniques.

  • Knowledge of object-oriented design, Cross-browser Compatibility, Responsive UI

  • Good understanding of Design Principles & excellent communication skills

  • Knowledge of system architecture, design patterns & ability to work in layered architecture: Presentation, Service, Business & Data.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Nice to have AWS/Azure, Knockout JS, RequireJS, Node.js, Lodash,  VSTest/ MSTest/ nUnit
