Junior Production Designer

We’re expanding our onsite Creative Hub in Riga to support retail point-of-sale and marketing activities across 12 European markets. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or an early-career designer to gain hands-on experience in a global retail environment while collaborating with regional marketing teams.

Circle K Business Centre is looking for a new colleague to join our team as: 

Junior Production Designer

Type of Employment: Temporary position for 6 months (employed through the staffing agency Grafton)

Location: Riga, Latvia 

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided) 

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Design, prepare, and deliver retail cycle artwork and marketing materials for print and digital channels.

• Manage tasks from initial brief to sign‑off, ensuring all work meets brand standards and stakeholder expectations.

• Work across multiple high-volume projects simultaneously and communicate proactively with account managers and internal teams.

• Follow quality control and sign‑off procedures, maintain accurate file and asset management.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 

• Qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (third-level degree or equivalent).

• 0 - 1 year of relevant experience, including internships or academic projects.

• Strong visual design skills and an understanding of brand building in a retail environment.

• The ability to manage high-volume design work and meet tight deadlines.

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) to communicate with colleagues across Europe.

• Reliability as a team player, with excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365.

• Experience with After Effects, Figma, digital asset creation, or workflow tools (e.g., Workfront) is an advantage but not essential.
