Introduction 

Our Logistics Operations department ensures smooth material flow within the Warehouse and Cleanroom to enable manufacturing excellence. As part of the Cleanroom Logistics team, you will contribute to improving operational efficiency in a high-tech environment. This internship focuses on analyzing current processes and identifying opportunities to reduce manual work and enhance collaboration. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to drive improvements that support production teams and logistics partners. 

Your assignment 

You will evaluate the daily way of working across Cleanroom Logistics departments and compare actual activities with defined roles and responsibilities. Based on your findings, you will propose improvements to reduce manual labor and streamline communication. Close collaboration with stakeholders is essential for success. 
Your key responsibilities will be: 

  • Analyze current workflows and identify gaps in roles and responsibilities. 

  • Map time spent on tasks versus expected responsibilities. 

  • Propose process improvements to reduce manual interventions. 

  • Suggest ways to minimize Teams chats, emails, and phone calls. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate proposed changes. 

  • Document findings and create actionable recommendations. 

  • Present improvement plan to department leadership. 

This is a non-thesis internship for minimum 5 months, 4–5 days per week (hybrid). The start date of this internship is February/March 2026. 

Your profile 

To be suitable for the internship, you: 

  • Are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in managerial studies, business administration or a related field. 

  • Have strong analytical and process-oriented thinking skills. 

  • Are collaborative and proactive, with excellent interpersonal abilities. 

  • Can manage stakeholders effectively and communicate clearly. 

  • Are motivated to make improvements and not afraid to speak up. 

Other requirements you need to meet:

  • You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;

  • Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;

  • You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.

  • If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
