The Business Analyst, Franchise Growth at We Insure is a trusted advisor to our franchise owners—helping them understand their numbers, make smarter decisions, and grow healthy, profitable agencies.

This role blends traditional business analyst responsibilities with hands-on financial coaching and growth support tailored specifically to insurance franchise businesses. You will work directly with franchisees to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and translate data into clear, actionable next steps—while partnering internally with We Insure leadership to continuously improve the franchise system.
