Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration.
- Experience in database performance tuning, backup and recovery strategies, and system monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of database security and user management.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex database issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with data replication and high availability configurations.
- Experience in managing database upgrades and patching activities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
