Job Summary:
Be an expert on marketing and sales initiatives and dealer marketing and sales operational excellence to support district execution for Electric Rope Shovel & Dragline Product Lines.
What You Will Do:
• Enable Services Revenue growth by supporting district teams in deploying lead management, digital marketing, sales effectiveness for Electric Rope Shovel & Dragline Product Lines
• Develop deep expertise to advise districts and dealers on process improvement on areas such as customer management, retail transformation, customer onboarding.
• Measure dealer performance and support districts on developing improvement action plans and gap resolution initiatives to support Marketing and Sales Operational Excellence
• Actively support districts by resolving problems regarding business plan execution, operational improvement and achievement of targets
Document and manage all parts opportunities including serviceable (AA) and non-serviceable, discontinued, ETO and/or outage/shutdown parts in CRM tool
Understand the commercial requirements of the RFQ and competitive landscape
Assist Dealer in the coordination of outage/shutdown planning processes (PLEO) for all DGL and ERS in territory
Provide commercial strategy input
Coordinate the bid process internally within Caterpillar through initiation of the OTO process or application of sales variance
Support the development of Customer Value Agreements, where applicable
Support dealer negotiations
Support dealer demand planning process (PLESN)
What You Have (Required Skills):

Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
Value Selling: Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in the industry (construction and mining)
English Pre-Advanced
Experience with mining customers
Top candidate will also have:
Portuguese basic
Experience with Caterpillar Dealers
Experience with Electric Rope shovel and Dragline technical experience
Strong Planning and forecasting background
Additional Information: This position may require 50% of Travel
