IT Field Technician - NSW

Iron Mountain (formerly ACT Logistics) is a major ICT Services supplier to State & Federal Government Departments and to large commercial clients across Australia including NSW & surrounding areas.

The work is varied and interesting.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in installing new computer equipment and peripherals.
• Technical capability using Windows laptop HW/SW, IP Telephony, O365 and MS Teams.
• Willingness to contribute to the teams and customer success.
• Onsite support to assist remote teams in diagnosing and resolving issues.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNOW), systems, processes and procedures.

What You'll Bring

• Basic network & cloud technology understanding.
• Troubleshooting skills and good attention to detail.
• Ability to liaise with clients on a professional basis.
• Take direction from 3rd level support.

What We Offer
