Summary of Responsibilities:
Join a Great Place to Work! We are looking for a Manager-Security Risk and Resiliency to lead ATC’s enterprise security risk and resiliency practices. This leader will drive the establishment of standards for the proper use of ATC’s technology resources, provide assurance to the adherence to compliance, and drive strategies for ATC to response and resume normal operations following disruptive events.Essential Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll use your bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and five years of cyber security project and program management experience to lead, develop and manage security risk, resiliency and emergency management programs, policies, procedures, and processes.
You’ll develop and implement strategies to improve organizational resilience against threats, conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards. You’ll oversee incident response planning and execution, including post-incident analysis and reporting, provide training and awareness programs to employees on cybersecurity best practices and collaborate with external partners, including government agencies and industry groups, to stay ahead of emerging threats.
This is a people leadership role, where you’ll create the vision and develop action plans for the team in alignment with company goals and objectives, ensure customer needs and expectations are identified and addressed by the team’s programs, processes, and projects, and develop and support your team, contractors, and vendors during development and execution of cyber and infrastructure programs, processes and projects.
